October 2022 NEWNC Meeting Agenda

BIG item on the agenda: North Washington Street Bridge

Dan Fielding, Legislative Liaison for Massachusetts Department of Transportation, will give an update on the construction of the North Washington Street (AKA Charlestown) Bridge. Construction on the bridge has been halted for almost a year.

Wine Bodega – Application to approve transfer of liquor license.

354-356 Hanover Street - Seeks permission to change the occupancy from 2 residential units and 1 retail space to 3 residential units and 1 retail space by reclaiming the third residential unit of the premises that had previously been in use from 1876 through 1986.

128-134 North Street – Proposal to change occupancy of the to a single-family dwelling on a newly established 3,102 s.f. lot. Continued from September meeting.
