Full agenda for September Neighborhood Council meeting

The Neighborhood Council will host it's September meeting on Monday, September 9th at 7pm at the Nazzaro Center - after taking August off.

Voting items:

1. Mother Anna’s (211 Hanover)
   Applied for Wines & Malt Beverages w/Liqueurs License as part of planned renovations. The previous liquor licence was sold and had a differnt owner.
2. Locale (350-352 Hanover)
   Applied for an All-Alcohol License to replace existing Wine & Malt Beverages License.
3. North End Lobster Company (204 Hanover - former High Gear Jewelry)
   Applied for zoning relief to change use to include four residential units on floors 2-3 and one restaurant on the first floor and basement.
4. Martignetti Restaurant Group (221 Hanover - former Dolce Vita)
   Applied to transfer existing Wine & Malt Beverages License to the proposed new operator at same location.
5. Depasquale Ventures (60-70 Cross)
   Applied for zoning relief to combine three parcels into one, add two floors to the existing structure, and change use. An abutters meeting for this project was covered by the Regional Review.

Additional agenda items:

Sherri Snow, Executive Director North End Music and Performing Arts Center will present on its scheduled annual Soiree on the Prado and give updates on activities for the upcoming year.
