The February agenda includes:
District 1 City Councilor Candidates - Candidates in the special election to replace Lydia Edwards as the District 1 City Councilor have been invited to speak. Tania Del Rio and Gabriela Coletta will speak.
Greenway Conservancy Update - Rachel Lake will update activity on the Greenway, including information about the June 2022 Gala on The Greenway.
166 Salem Street - Change of occupancy from 8-unit residential and 1 store to 9-unit residential dwelling. Extend living space to basement. Construct rear decks and roof deck. Variances requested for Floor Area Ratio, Building Height, Rear Yard Parking and Loading and Roof Structure Restrictions. This petition was originally presented at the November 2021 Meeting and tabled for further review.
227 Hanover Street - Hamel Properties, LLC seeks to change the existing conditional use permit allowing a small restaurant with take-out by removing the proviso that the permit was ‘granted to this petitioner only’.
