February Neighborhood Council meeting agenda

The Neighborhood Council will hold its February meeting on Tuesday February 11th - 7pm at the Nazarro Center.

Agenda

1. City Councilor Gabriela Coletta Zapata will discuss her 2025 priorities and take questions.
2. [voting item] LoConte’s (114-116 Salem)Seeks to replace the existing Malt and Wines license with an All-Alcohol license. Closing time under current license is 11 pm. Chris & Carla LoConte, owners.
   
   This brings the total number of North End restaurants seeking upgraded liquor licenses to ten.
3. [voting item] Modern Skin Brow Studio (155 Endicott) Seeks a change of use to permit beauty services consisting of permanent makeup/tattoo services for brows and lips.
