The Sail Loft is seeking permanent outdoor sidewalk dining and Bencotto wants to increase its capacity to 60 patrons.

Is there anyway that when this goes back to in person that maybe somebody will continue to record these meetings and put it up on the site or even that Flickr you guys have now ? Same with Residents Association it's very important to know what going on even if you can't attend or so and so. This neighborhood is my second home and this meeting tonight especially the community chat at the end showed that people need to know what's going on in person will be nice again but now with Zoom these COVID days videoing should be necessary. Kind of what the awesome Matt Conti always did before. Always enjoy this site thanks! And hope for a fair response.

If a recording is provided to us, we'll happily post it here and to our Vimeo account. For now, the Neighborhood Council is holding their meetings virtually and is kind enough to provide those recordings to us. If you'd like that to continue, I'd suggest expressing that desire to the Neighborhood Council directly. Or better yet, volunteering to record them 🙂.

Also it took me a year to find this page after the old Northendwaterfront.com never any updates on social or such. Which means I missed out all of 2022 about my second  home I love including city updates and meetings!Â
