Neighborhood Council

When: Monday, March 13th at 7pm

On the agenda:

  • City Councilor Colletta will provide an update on her priorities and activities relating to the North End.
  • MassDot will provide an update on planned closure of Sumner Tunnel.
  • Loconte restaurant (114-116 Salem Street) will provide notification that its application to the City of Boston Licensing Board for the transfer of the liquor License and the appointment of a new manager has been approved.
  • Locale Pizzaria (352 Hanover Street) wants to add cordials to its existing liquor license.

Sumner Tunnel

When: Tuesday, March 14th and Wednesday March 15th, both at 6pm

On the agenda:
Changes to Phase II of the Sumner Tunnel Restoration Project. The previous version of Phase II included a full closure of the tunnel beginning May of 2023 for four consecutive months. The updated version will have two two-month closures. One in the summer of 2023 and another in the summer of 2024.
