Pool opens July 1st this year

The BCYF Mirabella Pool will open for the season next Tuesday, July 1st. A week late and a dollar short for the current heatwave, but at least it's in sight.

Just like the last few years, you will need to register and sign up for a slot using the Registration Website on weekends. It's not required to reserve a slot during the week, but recommended.

As of today, you can register for slots on July 1st through July 6th. There are two slots a day: 11am - 2pm and 2:30pm - 7pm. This is in conflict with the official website which says slots are 90 minutes and that the pool should open at 8am - and that you shouldn't be able to register more than 24 hours in advance 🤷.

This is the last year that the existing Mirabella Pool will be open. Construction on a new community center and pool at the same location is expected to begin this fall.
