November 2022 NEWNC Meeting Agenda

The North End Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) will hold its monthly meeting on Monday, November 14th at 7pm. You can attend and participate in the meeting virtually via Zoom. Use the following link to join on the night of the meeting:

There is a single agenda item:

38 B Fleet Street – Change occupancy from 5 residential units and 1 detached retail store to 5 residential units and 1 detached take-out, small restaurant.

This is the small one-story building attached to 36 Fleet Street, but it's actually owned by and part of the recently renovated 38 Fleet Street (not to be confused with the recently renovated 40 Fleet Street). In recent memory, it was Amy's Nails, a dress shop, and some sort of workplace safety office.

In addition to the agenda item, a representative from Boston Public Works department will be at the meeting to discuss trash pickup and litter. This should be interesting.
