Neighborhood Council May 2023 meeting agenda

The Neighborhood Council will hold its monthly meeting Monday, May 8th at 7pm at the Nazzaro Center. You can also join virtually via Zoom at this link.

On the agenda:

• Candidates night
  Come meet the candidates for the 2023 NEWNC election!
• Flamingo community discussion
  A continuation of an issue brought up at the March meeting, the management of the Flamingo (former Four Winds) will be present to discuss concerns about noise and trash.

Voting items:

• 287-295 Hanover Street – Petition for approval to construct a new roof deck
  (This is the building with Umberto's and a bank on the first floor. There's at least one deck on the roof already.)
• Bella Vista, 288 Hanover Street – Proposal to construct a bar and add cordials to existing beer and wine license.
