Neighborhood Council June 2023 meeting agenda

NEWNC will hold its June meeting Monday June 12th in-person at the Nazzaro center at 7pm. You can also join virtually on Zoom via this link (full participation may not be possible via Zoom).

Voting items:

• Al Dente 109, 109A Salem Street – Petition to change seating capacity from 40 to 60, no work to be done.
• 96 & 98 Prince Street – Application to renovate building and increase occupancy to 19 Units.

Note: There was an abutters meeting for 96 & 98 Prince Street on 24 May. The proposal outlined in the notice for that included combining the buildings, not just renovating them.

Flamingo Community Discussion – Community discussion with the management of the Flamingo to address neighborhood issues.
