City Council candidate information session and Q&A - Monday April 18th, 5:30pm

The City of Boston will hold a Special Municipal Election to fill the City Council seat vacated by Lydia Edwards. There are two candidates for the seat: Tania Del Rio and Gabriela Coletta. The two will present information on themselves and their campaigns as well as answer questions from participants via a Zoom meeting on Monday, April 18th at 5:30 pm.

The candidates previously attended the February NEWNC meeting where Del Rio shared her thoughts on the on the proposal to convert Charlestown High School into an innovation school. Coletta, a Latin Academy graduate, discussed her passion for activism.
