Brazen shooting on Hanover street

Police were called to 257 Hanover Street last night at 11:08 for multiple reports of shots fired. At 11:11 PM the following description was posted on the Citizen App:

The suspect is described as a man with braided gray hair and a bandana around his neck riding a bicycle.

Video of the event reviewed by NorthEnd.page shows a man on a bicycle approach another man wearing a white hat who is standing next to a car parked in front of 257 Hanover Street. The man wearing the hat ducks behind the car as the other man brandishes his gun, fires a round, and ditches his bicycle. A brief chase around the parked car ensues. The man in the white hat flees across Hanover and towards Cross Street. The other man secures his gun in the back of his pants, collects his bicycle, and leaves the frame in the same direction.
